Knights donate $17,000 to Kamloops diocese

KAMLOOPS—The Knights of Columbus want to help the Diocese of Kamloops spread the Gospel, and they’re putting their money where their hearts are.

District Deputy Mike Jones presented a cheque for more than $17,000 to Bishop Joseph Nguyen to be used “for the advancement of religion.” 

In a statement, the Knights said the money is to improve the programming of religious organizations and help publish religious materials.
