For Anne Trudel, a parishioner at Holy Name of Jesus Parish in Vancouver, she shares how her Catholic faith has given her the path for how she should live: one that is led by God and his plans for her life.
But, Trudel admits, she hasn’t always lived her life that way. “Somebody told me that I had it wrong,” she said. “I should not be fitting God into my plans, I should be fitting myself into God’s plans.”
With that perspective shift, Trudel says that now she always makes a habit of asking God to let her fit into his plans.
