Seventy-eight young people from St. Matthew’s Parish in Surrey spent a weekend reconnecting with their faith and their peers at Loon Lake in Maple Ridge recently.
The theme of the Feb. 14-16 retreat was “Pursuit” and based on Ezekiel 34:11, “For thus says the Lord GOD: Look! I myself will search for my sheep and examine them.”
They were led by youth ministry leaders and assistant pastor Father Lucio Choi.
