Grade 7 students were given the chance to participate in a special liturgy at St. Anthony’s Parish in West Vancouver June 20.
That day, the parish held an Anointing Mass, where about 60 people who were elderly, ill, or facing major surgery, were anointed and given a special blessing.
Grade 7 students Nicolas Govorcin, Daniel Macuroy, Elle Benedet, Caterina Frith, and Madeline McMillan joined clergymen Father Larry Lynn, Father Gary Franken, and Deacon Tony Gray in hosting the service.
