Is Canada on Track for Justice?

Development and Peace — Caritas Canada, the official international development organization of the Catholic Church in Canada, is a democratic movement for global solidarity rooted in Catholic Social Teaching. We address the root causes of poverty, oppression and inequality by working with partners in the Global South and by mobilizing Canadians in the common struggle for justice and the dignity of the human person.

This fall, we encourage you to take part in our Is Canada on Track for Justice campaign to call on the Government of Canada to increase funding for official development assistance at a time when the world is facing multiple crises and aid for impoverished countries is becoming increasingly scarce.

Please join us for our Fall Action Workshop on Saturday, October 17th, from 9:30am to 2:15pm (lunch included) at Immaculate Conception Parish (8842 119th Street, Delta). Together, let’s make international solidarity a priority.
