Join us for our 8th annual Date Night, kindly hosted by Saint Francis of Assisi in East Vancouver. This is open to all married couples and is also a great opportunity for mentor and mentee couples to join us for a joy-filled dinner of celebration and encouragement.

It’s a time set aside to:

1. Have intentional marriage-strengthening conversations
2. Learn and laugh with other couples with the same values
3. Hit pause and make space for your relationship, allowing the grace of God to shed wisdom and light to see each other in a new way

Doors open at 5:30 p.m., dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Jubilee Year of St. Francis of Assisi: (Another Tab)
The Jubilee Year of St. Francis of Assisi is a special Franciscan holy year proclaimed to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the death of St. Francis of Assisi. During this Jubilee Year, the faithful may obtain a plenary indulgence under the usual conditions (Confession, Holy Communion, detachment from sin, prayer for the Holy Father’s intention) by making a pilgrimage to a Franciscan church or a place associated with St. Francis of Assisi.

The Church invites the faithful to rediscover and imitate St. Francis’ spirituality through:
1. Love for Christ
2. Simplicity and poverty
3. Commitment to peace and reconciliation
4. Care for creation
5. Fraternity and serve to others
