A group of Dominican sisters got VIP treatment at a Vancouver Giants game, with team president Dale Saip personally escorting them to their seats.

The sisters, currently living and serving in the Vancouver area, were invited to the Jan. 27 game by Langley MLA Rich Coleman and family. They said they greatly enjoyed the game and were featured cheering on the giant scoreboard several times, white habits and all.

"At times it was more entertaining to watch them than the game," said friend John Hof.

Saip also reportedly invited the sisters to attend future Giants games.
