SASKATOON (CCN)—Mackenzie-Fort Smith Bishop Mark Hagemoen, who was recently appointed bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saskatoon, briefly visited his new diocese Sept. 20-21 for a number of meetings and orientation sessions.
Bishop Hagemoen met with priests and deacons from across the diocese. They prayed and had conversation in the Queen of Peace Chapel at the Cathedral of the Holy Family. The bishop introduced himself and took questions.
The date of his installation as the eighth Bishop of Saskatoon has not yet been finalized.
