Called and Gifted Introductory Workshop

God is calling you to a unique purpose in life, a work of love that only you can do. Charisms are special abilities given to all Christians by the Holy Spirit to give them power both to represent Christ and to be a channel of God’s goodness for people. You have received gifts in Baptism and Confirmation through which God intends His love to reach others.

We invite you to come to the Called and Gifted Introductory Workshop and learn about the 23 common charisms and discover God’s call in your life. The introductory workshop is the first part of the three Called & Gifted discernment process developed by Catherine of Siena Institute.

Part 1: Learning sessions: [Self study] Self paced online videos from St. Catherine Siena Institute.

This is the Called and Gifted workshop, which lays the foundation for the beginning of discernment. During the initial workshop, the participants will take the Catholic Spiritual Gifts Inventory.

Part 2: Gifts interview – to be scheduled individually after Part 1.

This is a one-hour gifts interview, an invaluable part of the process.

Part 3: Discernment in Depth at St. Anthony’s parish lounge. This helps you begin discernment in the real world. It will teach you how to develop charism experiments and evaluate your results in a small group setting.
